Bill Reeves was very willing to help outside his regular area. We looked at several properties in his area first, but none suited our needs as well. A long drive for him to come up both times, but he made it happy and took as much time as we needed. We never felt rushed. He put in our offers on each property we were interested in, got our replies back quickly. We did end up buying the third house we were interested in. It was the best fit for us. We had used other agents before Bill Reeves, but they were a waste of time and gas, kept sending us to see properties not only clear across town from each other with only half hour for travel between appointments, but entirely inappropriate for our specific, clearly given,

Honestly and integrity was the major factor for selecting our agent. The sale of this property was nothing less than great. There were delays on the closing, however, never any fault of the agent.
